URSTUL FLOXIN

An assassin and captain of THE ZHENTARIM, Urstul has pledged his allegiance to the MANSHOON faction of the underworld organisation in WATERDEEP.
He runs his own group of agents, who can often be found causing trouble and working for the Manshoonian Zhent cause in the southern parts of the city.
