Third Meeting - After Leviathan Fight
After defeating/fleeing the Leviathan, The Blackrazer arrives and will come alongside the Stormherald. Devaro Elvuh will "request" to parlay and will come aboard with his crew, anchoring the ships together. (this will be the first time the PCs meet the entire crew of the Death Collectors.
Devaro will request the PCs go get the Artifact and bring it to him. He will not get up from his chair until he is brought the Artifact. (PCs can make a Deception check to give a decoy Artifact) If Devaro has what he wants, he and the crew of the Blackrazer will leave peacefully.
The Stormherald must make a DC 20 Strength saving throw against the Blackrazer to break free of the anchors.
Will the Blackrazer pursue at a distance and try to get back the Artifact?
