Challenge: The Circle must constantly seek out new sources of power and find ways to control and harness the elements, all while navigating the political landscape of the arcane community and avoiding those who would seek to use their magic for malicious purposes.

Personal Goal: To master the elements of air and to become a powerful wizard in her own right.
Master of Fire Galen the Fierce
Personal Goal: To become known as the greatest master of fire magic in the Circle.
Master of Earth Aiden the Steady
Personal Goal: To increase the Circle's control over the earth and to become the leading expert in geomancy.

Location

The headquarters of the Circle of the Elemental Mages is a magical tower called the Tower of the Four Winds, located in the remote and difficult-to-reach area of The Sword Mountains  on the Sword Coast of Faerun.
The tower is not located in any city. It is only accessible by those who know the path to reach it, making it a secure and private location for the Circle to conduct its research and studies into the elemental magics.
The Tower of the Four Winds is said to be a place of great power, surrounded by magical wards and guarded by elemental creatures, who ensure that only those who are deemed worthy are allowed to enter. This location provides the Circle with the perfect place to study the elements in peace and solitude, far from the distractions and dangers of the outside world.
The Circle of the Elemental Mages considers this tower as the heart of their order, and it is here that they hone their skills and perfect their mastery over the elemental forces of the world.
