The Silent Blade is led by a mysterious figure known only as the Grandmaster, who oversees all operations and assigns missions to individual members. The guild operates in secret, often keeping a low profile and avoiding direct confrontations with the law. They are rumored to be based in a hidden location within the Sword Coast, with smaller headquarters scattered throughout the region. 
Despite its shady reputation, The Silent Blade is said to have many influential clients, including wealthy merchants, nobles, and even political leaders.

The Blade Dancer - Personal Goal: To use their agility and speed to become the most deadly assassin in the Silent Blade. The Asp - Personal Goal: To become known as the master of the silent kill and to create the most deadly poisons known to man. The Ghost - Personal Goal: To become an expert in the art of infiltration and to carry out their contracts without leaving a trace. The Executioner - Personal Goal - Using martial skill, execute contracts with vicious and complete shock and awe.

Neverwinter is a city known for its secrecy and intrigue, making it a perfect location for the Silent Blade, which operates in the shadows and carries out its missions with stealth and precision.
In addition to its main headquarters, the Silent Blade also has small, discreet outposts and safehouses in various smaller cities throughout the Sword Coast, including Luskan , Baldur's Gate , and Waterdeep . These outposts serve as local hubs for the Silent Blade's operations, allowing it to carry out missions and conduct business without drawing too much attention to itself. They also provide convenient locations for the guild's members to rest, resupply, and plan their next moves.
