Felgolos

(a.k.a. The Flying Misfortune)

Felgolos is a mysterious halfling that travels across Faerûn with his imprudent and care-free personality.
The halfling is always amiable and curious to a fault. He enjoys wandering across the Realms, especially into the territories of other dragons, regardless of the inherent danger. He also is very knowledgeable about the matters of everyday life in Faerûn. 
Felgolos had little want or care for maintaining a treasure or monetary wealth as would be common to other of his kind. He never lies to others, and only hides information if he believes it was for the better.
The heroes met Felgolos during their stay in Noanar's Hold and to the hidden knowledge procured by Nomime, they suspect the halfling to be a dragon in disguise.
