Captain Kristoffen
A white dragonborn. He is calculating, efficient, and somber. He captains a galley called the Ice Floe, which is specially outfitted to break through the icy waters of the far north. Foyer mentioned seeing the captain talking to Stormsworn over a month or two ago. This would seem to indicate that he is also a member of the Cult of Talos.
