DIT 6: "Predator Pools Continued"

Nabu, the adolescent Dragon Turtle has been returned to Lake Thaylambar. George, the Fire Elemental, remains with you but knows of an elemental rift within the Doomvault where it can return home as well.

Clues as to how to get into the Phylactery Vault, however, still seem to allude you.

After dealing with a group of Merrows in a filthy pool surrounded by both humanoid and pig bones, you continue deeper into the sector of the Doomvault known as the Predator Pools. Specifically, you find a White Gate that leads into the Spawn Pools zone.

As you enter the first room in this new zone, you encounter a cadre of Kuo-Toa who look at you expectantly. Malice, having recently cast the spell known as Tongues converses with them. They ask, “Are you here to see her?”

Not knowing who “her” is, Malice says “Yes” upon which the Kuo-toa form ranks around your group and begin to escort you to wherever “Her” is located.

But as soon as you enter the next room, there’s a problem as it is full of wights, zombies, and Dread Warriors and so Malice’s compulsion to destroy undead takes over and he almost immediately attacks…
