Dominic the Cuttlefish

Owner and operator of the Bearded Fist Inn. Dominic or as he prefers to be called Cuttlefish isn't a well-spoken man. Seems to abide neither drink nor tobacco he eats his meals at Zorm's bar and disappears from dusk till dawn into his room below his inn.
While he is known to not speak much or even interact with the townsfolk or passer bys he is known to be one to not bother as his fists are as strong as iron and rumor speaks that he can break a Super Mutant's jaw with but a single blow.
