Rowan Groves

A simple town just off a trade route and in the middle of nowhere. Stories say the founders stopped her because "Well our Brahmin just wouldn't take another step that day or the dozen or so next."
Rowan Grove was attacked and destroy by Grey Skinned Super Mutants.

Government

No official government exists within the village. Common decency laws are upheld by an Assaultron and a Mr. Gutsy as the sheriff and deputy respectively.

Defences

An Assualtron and Mr. Gutsy are the primary defense and the semi-permanent residents are all armed.

Industry & Trade

Primarily trade hub, wood for construction, and charcoal.

Infrastructure

Primarily a trading post for those coming from farther up the highway 75 route towards the Tennesse region.

History

Rowan Groves as told by Zorm the Stubborn was founded because them Brahmin just refused to take another step. Regardless of why the three stopped in what became Rowan Groves has become a safe stop for traders for the last 41 years. Long enough for a second generation

Points of interest

Zorm's Bar is the primary source of well-cooked meals and booze in the village. Faith in Commerce is the trading post. Lastly is Bearded Fist the Inn.

Reclaimed pre-war buildings and wooden structures.

Natural Resources

Woods from the small trees that grow on the hill behind town. Tainted water from the nearby Chattahoochee River.
