James Cook

The last surviving family member of one of the founders of Hot Rodders James Cook has lived wasteland vehicles since he was born. During his time in the Hot Rodders he has set plans to rebuild The Loop into the race track and patrol route for the organization.
Many of his designs became wasteland standard over the years. If you drive in the Wastes around or in the Loop you likely drive a James Cook-inspired engine.
Due to the actions of the race on 1/26/2121 James Cook is now the leader of the Hot Rodders.
