Hot Rodders

Originally before the great war, the Hot Rodders of the ATL area was a rich boys club racing and muscle car enthusiasts. The facilities to support their hobby included underground storage facilities and garages for the vehicles. This lead to a group of would-be raiders finding it after the war while they were searching for a new home. When they managed to clear the doorway to the underground area they were greeted with mostly mint vehicles and an intact but powered off neon sign with Hot Rodders written on it.   Quickly the group took on the path of repairing and using the vehicles to resume raiding. Over the years since the group has evolved in many ways. Going from a simple kill and steal they have a sub-group called the Road Dawgs that keep the loop and their vehicles maintained. And instead of simple brutality, the gang employs tolls for those that wish to travel around or across the loop.   They even host yearly death rally races for those wishing to join the group. With hopefuls showing up in custom vehicles which a Road Dawg will assist them, for a fee, of course, to get it ready for the race. If any wastelander completes the race they are allowed to join the Hot Rodders all previous debts are forgiven.
