Current Director of Operations of the The DoOM. A soft-voiced woman that gives her subordinates a large amount of freedom within the bounds of their assignments as long as her work experiments on the fallen to make humans immune to the radiation and not turn into monsters in the doing.
This has once led to her in the past having to have a General who thought he could take over the The DoOM publically dissected while alive. All this while she talked over his screaming as if she was leading a class, on surgery. Or at least that is the whispers around the organization. 
Regardless of the reasons WATSON and the current General are fiercely loyal at this time. Working all the parts of the facility trying not to interrupt her experiments.
