Hill Stoneworks

Hill Stoneworks is a stone company owned by Maria Hill in New Vegas. It provides nearly all of the city's stone for construction and furnishing. Founded in 2284 by Maria and her siblings, the leadership erupted in a fierce rivalry that left Maria as the only one to live to see 2290.
The company itself imports much of its stone from Sloan, Nelson and Gold, as the stone tiself is simply byproduct of their mining efforts. As a result what is sold cheaply to them, is then sold to their clients at large prices. 
Hill Stoneworks is the only company of its kind by 2300, a testament to Maria Hill's cutting of the competition.
