Gold
Gold is a frontier town north of the Mojave Wasteland, and was settled by prospectors from the Free Economic Zone of the Mojave in 2296 when they discovered gold in the area. Aptly named, Gold is the north-most settlement under the control of the FEZ, and is considered a true frontier, with running water not yet introduced, and power only a recent development. Its only protection is the nearby ranger stations of the Mojave Rangers, other than that its citizens are expected to defend itself, and what's theirs, which they will do vehemently. The gold mined from the town's mines is sent to the industrial center just south of New Vegas, where it is processed and put on the market.
Industry & Trade
Gold sends its gold south, and makes a pretty profit, which is why the town's population is beginning to experience a boom.

Gold is a collection of scrap metal buildings surrounding a well in the desert, the recent addition of power allows for A/C, finally.
