Intelligence Archiving

An invention by Great House Solens Arc, Intelligence Archives (IAs) are a collection of codex vaults containing specially written tomes that react according to external stimuli, activating different vaults and tomes in sequence in response to outside influences. Many Intelligence Archives are rudimentary at best, automating many labor-intensive and/or precise tasks, though possessing as much "Intelligence" as the amount and order of spell books and tomes secured in the vaults, misleading the general public of their actual capabilities.
The most notable use of Intelligence Archiving is The Citadel: Great House Solens Arc's largest Intelligence Archive in the Meridian, functioning as both their idolized ruler with the supposed capability of issuing commands and their expansive home fortress within the Imperial City. Other House often ridicule Great House Solens Arc for practically worshiping a structure that can "think", given the typical employment of IAs as "dumb" workers.
