The Order of the Icewind Knights

The Order of the Icewind Knights has been about longer than Coldkeep itself. Thier goal and duty is simple, destroy the demon Nivibu'rae. Created by the Nobel knight Lady Tiff, she sought to destroy the grand evil and vanquish it from the land. Alas, the Order has yet to do so, only being able to seal the demon away and have built a grand fortress around it so they may keep a watchful eye on the beast at all times. It is said that the great demon has laid a curse on all Knights of the order, making them cold of heart.

In recent times they have begun to offer their protections out to others, either as hired hands and mercenaries or through destroying/ containing evil artefacts. They are quick to dispatch anything and everything that threatens the good in this world or that might release their captive.
They don't get along verty well with The Knights of Mightguard. Seeing them as pretentious and spoiled finanically. It's easy to be against mercinary work when you're on a royal payroll afterall.
