The Triad
Structure
The Triad is composed of three ranks of equal but differing roles. The High Crown works to hear the voices of the people and respond to them accordingly. The Supreme Commander works to protect the people and ensure their country's safety. The Grand Judge works to regulate the people and enforce their civil rights. These roles will often overlap as needed, and the individuals who bear these titles are expected to consistently communicate with each other to ensure each has the necessary time and resources to accomplish their goals.
Culture
The organization was founded on the ideals of creating a governing body that would appeal to the people's best interests while creating an understanding that compromises would be necessary. Though it went through many difficult reforms in the past, The Triad has become a symbol of Dinma's ideals while maintaining itself as a competent government.
Public Agenda
The Triad seeks to lead Dinma into a brighter tomorrow than they had today. Constant changes and improvements are encouraged while traditions are protected so long as they do not impede progress. As of late, they've also made efforts to ensure the public safety of their people during their cold war with the neighboring Oria. Unfortunately, this has had the adverse effect of putting many of the organization's other goals on an indefinite hold, leaving certain masters of The Guild Hall to take on some of their lesser duties.
