Tian-lo
The city of Tian-lo covers an area of approximately 346 acres, with a total population of 21 thousand people. The city has over 90 royal houses. The peace is kept by more than 200 guardsmen, and there are 35 justiciars to pass judgement upon the guilty. For those more concerned about their soul, there are 280 acolytes and 25 priests.
