Lord Winterby (471 AQ - )is a noble, leader, politician of Farrah. Winterby sits in one of 4 lordly domains in Farrah.
Winterby's seat is Quisling. He rules from Vaclav to Kimbol (Kimbol is the seat of Queen Stephanie, outside Winterby's domain), down the Dividing river to Mitraz, and west to Dakar. Lord Winterby suffers from a sickness that leaves him physically weak, but he still remains a powerful political force in Farrah. Winterby has long been a strong ally of the royal family and quickly ingratiate himself with Queen Stephanie when she was crowned.
Lord Winterby's reputation suffered a serious blow during the Siege of Quisling, when he took some of the blame for the death of many citizens of the city. Winterby was recalled to Kimbol by Queen Stephanie, who is still considering whether to request he abdicate his position in favour of his son, Brian Winterby.
