Lodge Master

Lodge Masters are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their respective Pathfinders' Lodges, including recruitment, training, and the coordination of local contracts.  

Lodge Master Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Seek out and recruit potential new members, explaining the benefits and responsibilities of joining the League.
  • Training: Provide guidance and training to Initiates and Pathfinders, ensuring they are prepared for the challenges ahead.
  • Administration: Manage the administrative tasks of the lodge, including maintaining the quest board, handling member records, and liaising with local authorities.
  • Mission Coordination: Assign appropriate contracts to members based on their rank and abilities, ensuring the smooth execution of missions.
  • Public Relations: Act as the primary representative of the Pathfinders' League in the local community, building relationships with residents and other organizations.
