Raid on Fate's Haven, 9 Eleasis

During the early evening, a raiding party arrived at Fate's Haven gates, quickly attacking without any indication of their purpose.

The Raiding Parties

Two partiers were made up of Bandits, Goblins, Bandit Captains and Goblin Bosses, each party led by one Earth Elemental. They attacked from North and South at the same time.

The North Gate

The first gate to be struck, the guards at the North Gate were quickly overwhelmed. One of the guards, Tony, ran south, shouting for help.

Solvis hears a guard running past screaming at the top of his lungs.
"ALARM! ALARM! Bandits Attacking! Shit! ALARM ALARM! Bandits at the gates!"
"That doesn't look good," she says, looking out the window. "Guard's got their weapon out." She wheels on her heel and goes back to the kitchen to extinguish the cooking flames before she gets ready to head out. No sense in burning the place down with an unattended flame. As she does, she wills her Mage Armor into being.

Sovlis hears Tony crying alarm

This roused those inside The Dancing Kobold, and those sat at the river outside it, leading them to rush North to join the attack.
The North Gate became barricaded by the bulk of the earth elemental trying to get through, leading fighters to try picking off the bandits at range. Eventually, the raiders made it inside, but they were slowly weakened and defeated.

North Gate Party:

The South Gate

Simultaneously, an identical party approached to the South. Without any guards to prevent their entry, they easily broke through and began moving slowly up the roads towards the barracks. While most of the fighters were at the North Gate, a small number were at the South, and they did their best to hold off the attack until those from the North could join them.

South Gate Party:

The End of Battle

Once the parties had met in the middle, Tony was able to reach the barracks and warn Captain Volane Bearheart, who sent out another group of guards to help clean up the remaining bandits, while she engaged the Earth Elemental.

Season One Impact

The attack seems random at first, however Bart soon discovers that Allora appears to know more.

Bartholomew silently hopes calling her by Shadows nickname for her would help comfort but he’s afraid she might be too shaken. “Let’s get you up.” He offers a hand
"Yeah... There might be more..." She takes it and gets up shakily, making a move to head to the south gate.
"Oh no ya don’t. You aren’t going anywhere.” Bartholomew grabs her by the arm to hold her from doing something stupid."
She slips from his grasp and walks off into the road, almost tripped over dead earth fren as she does so. "No. They burned my entire fucking village to the ground. I'm not sitting on my ass when there could be more out there."

However, with the streets in so much chaos and so many other things to take care of, players didn't discover any new information about the attacks.
