Vertok, The Infernal Scourge

Vertok (a.k.a. The Infernal Scourge, Whipping Flames)

Vertok was a cyclonic maelstrom from Kokaarak that became notorious for his attack on Valendad, a city that is now destroyed. The attack he did became known as Vertok's War on Man. Scientists and historians don't know how or why Vertok came to Faymare, but what is known is that his attack was not his choice. Vertok was frenzied by the environment as any other cyclonic maelstrom would be.

Body Features

Vertok was a white cyclonic maelstrom, the rarest of all cyclonic maelstroms. This may be why his life gem was so large.

Special abilities

Vertok was able to harness magical abilities that most cyclonic maelstroms don't have, such as the casting of offensive spells and even at times controlling the flames around the city. He also seemed to have a more powerful truesight than all other cyclonic maelstroms.

Vertok was a cyclonic maelstrom that came from Kokaarak. He was a white cyclonic maelstrom, the rarest form of cyclonic maelstrom. He waged an attack against Valendad in 2002XX, and killed mostly every citizen. He was only stopped when a team of sorcerers from the nearby College of Haal killed him by plunging the water from the nearby water mill down on top of him.
