'The City of Diplomacy' A domed city where weapons and all types of aggression are forbidden. The city contains the Political School of the Nine Hells which offers courses on deceit and treachery to enterprising devils. The city is where devils learn intrigue and politics. Mortals are brought to the city for devils to practice making pacts with. An acrid stench fills the air of the city.

Large ethereal magic dome and exit is only possible through certain teleportation circles

Architecture

Decayed and in disrepair. Warped black and grey stonework and occasionally there are fleshy lumps wailing on the sides of walls. In the centre of the city is the admin tower.
