Purpose / Function

Repository of all contracts, deals, and records relating to Infernal matters

Architecture

A large hall with shelves of records that continue as far as they eye can see and beyond. An entrance lobby and waiting room area and a large counter separates visitors from being able to access the records. A sign in Infernal sits on the counter with instructions for visitor and a bell to alert staff of visitors. The bell rings a discordant off-tune chime that lasts for some time.
