Windspire is the capital of the Dunaren Empire.
The city is divided into several districts:

• Two Valleys
• Westgate
• Horteen's Gate
• Sunset Docks
• East Town
• Heather Docks
• Oak Borough
• Black Stair

The city also has two major market squares:

• Big Market
• Undermarket (this is a smaller market that specialises in more crafted and artisanal goods).

Government

Run by the elven Empress Quanir who has been on the throne for two decades since the death of her father, son of Dunaren.
As Emperor Dunaren has not been seen in public for 20 years, Quanir performs most of the public role in his stead, relying on other officials also.

Defences

The city has a heavy guard and military presence.

Guilds and Factions

Many organisations have their base of operations in Windspire, some more legal and legitimate than others.

Architecture

It is dominated by a large castle palace (Windspire Castle) that has a large spire which lends the city it's name.
