Cyrea

Cyrea range from under 5 to over 6 feet tall and have slender builds. Your size is Medium.   Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.   Keen Senses. You have proficiency in the Perception skill.   Fearless. Cyrea are immune to the Frightened condition.   Trance. Elves don't need to sleep. Instead, they meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. (The Common word for such meditation is "trance.") While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep. If you meditate during a long rest, you finish the rest after only 4 hours. You otherwise obey all the rules for a long rest; only the duration is changed.   Fey Step. You can cast the misty step spell once using this trait. You regain the ability to do so when you finish a short or long rest.   Touch of Luck. You gain 1 Luck Point. Whenever you make an attack roll, an ability check, or a saving throw, you can spend one luck point to roll an additional d20. You can choose to spend one of your luck points after you roll the die, but before the outcome is determined. You choose which of the d20s is used for the attack roll, ability check, or saving throw. You can also spend one luck point when an attack roll is made against you. Roll a d20, and then choose whether the attack uses the attacker's roll or yours. If more than one creature spends a luck point to influence the outcome of a roll, the points cancel each other out; no additional dice are rolled. You regain your expended luck points when you finish a long rest.   Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for your character.   Cyrea are a race of Elves who have been infused with raw Wild magic. This mystical infusion has left them altered from other elves, seperating them from thier Fey history. Cyrea have a powerful, inborn wanderlust, a desire to move from place to place rather than settle down. They also have no concept of fear, and are biologically incapable of fearing it, making them natural daredevils. Having no fear does not stop them from making the logical choice for self-preservation. They also have an inborn bit of luck that helps them survive their often reckless lifestyles.   Cyrea culture is decentralized, with a belief of "One Family", as such all members of this uncommon Elven race use the surname Cyrea. If a Cyrea and another Elf has a child, the spark of Wild Magic withen them al lbut garuntees the child will be Cyrea.   Cyreas physically resemble other elves, other than their eyes, which are solid black, with no discernable scelera or iris.
