Otran

The people of Otra, the Otrans are know for being a fair, genteel people. At least on the surface. Otra-native humans are known for fair, light hair, in both blondes and reds, green eyes, and pale skin. Much of the population of Otra is Elven, with Otran elves being pale and light-haired as well. They are often rivals to the "purists", a faction of Elves of the Aeren Isles, who claim that the elves of Otra's lighter hair is a sign of the "taint" of human blood. Gnomes are also common in Otra. The local gnomes are just as pale as the human population, but have striking natural hair colors, from blues to pinks to vibrant greens.
