Rala

Räla is the primarily dwarven nation along the Alabaster Fjords in the northeast. The city of Räla itself is located among the Houndstooth Mountains, and claims dominion over the lands between the mountains and fjords. The Ralan people have a reputation for toughness and hard work, but also shrewdness. A Republic, Räla is run by a the Concalve of Stone, a senate made up of 400 Stonespeakers, and a single Prime Minister, elected by the Conclave, called the Exalted Speaker.
