The Barrow

The Barrow is a southwestern region of the Underdark. It is mostly known for the ever-present rot and decay, with run-down from the swamp above combined with the corpses collected by the more repugnant residents. The largest city in The Barrow is Necroshal. The nearby cavern known as Lifes End is home to a terrible monster, who acts as gatekeeper to the city.
