Athurid Dynasty
The Athurid family ruled Afora for over a hundred generations, and were devout followers of the Raven Queen, whose patronage gave rise to some of their power. However, they met a grisly end when Midea conquered their kingdom.
Disbandment
The Athurid dynasty was wiped out after Afora was cunquered by Midea. The last Aforan king, Athos XV "the Unfortunate", ended his days in a Midean prison, occasionally being publicly paraded in a cage and tortured until his execution in 6152 on the Feast Day of the Raven Queen.
