Hounds of Stahl

The Hounds of Stahl are the secretive group that are said to truly run the Stahlic Empire behind the scenes. Supposedly, the Council of Elector Princes answer to them instead of the other way around.

Structure

The Master of the Hounds of Stahl takes on the title of Great-Dane; this title, along with all others in the organization, replaces its holder's previous surname. The ground agents of the Hounds are referred to as Wolfhounds.
