Vella

Vella is one of the seven Primary Deities. She is the goddess of the sea, storms, wind, and change. She is also the patron deity of Yeon.

Clerics of Vella are often, but not exclusively, Tempest Domain, Life Domain, or War Domain clerics.

Holidays

It is debated whether the fifth day of the Fennengathian week, Veday, is named for Vella or for Veth. Both are honored on this day, and most people prefer to set out on new journeys, whether over land or sea, on Veday.
Vella is most closely associated with the holidays of:

Vella is most celebrated during the times of year when the weather is most likely to turn towards storms, but sailors and traders tend to keep her in their prayers year round.
