He gives magic to all that study and train for it but to be granted his holy power one they must have a love for magic and a mighty aperture for the magic to handle his power.

General Physical Condition
When showing himself to his followers he would appear in a vaguely humanoid form made with a skin that looks like a Galaxy with deep glowing purple eyes and garbed in a black robe or as a deep brown skinned Elven form with long black hair that has a star design going through it, wearing a robe of pure starlight.
