As the Headmaster and Grand Arcanist of the Almatgar, he has spent his many years on this world helping his kingdom keeping the hoards that close in on them by training the next generation of mage to destroy that would cause harm to the land of Otrington like he once did.

Personal history
Once a worrier, the story of how he fought off a ragging demon and killed his summoner as a young man is known to many and song by bards across the land but the more impressive part that fewer know is that from the fallen caster tome he lunt magic and went to the Almatgar to study further and rising throw the ranks with an incredible talent for the arcane art he was chosen by the last Grand Arcanist to take his place.
