Almatgar (Al-mat-gar)

Formed within Otrington from a group of mages that wanted to work openly within the kingdom that hates the arcane and wanted to save the lives of the children that were found to be sorcerers from the mobs that wound often hunt them down.
With the founding of the guild, a new law was made "That any man woman or child found to have arcane magic that is a citizen or Otrington or want to make a store or service that involves the use of arcane magic must go to Almatgar to ever be trained or revered by one of their members. Failer of this will be punished by Death by the church." To coincide with this law the leaders or head guard must send a letter to the closest member of the Almatgar who will then collected them if needed.
Rummers have been spreading around the kingdom that the children that have been sent to the guild of late have been used in experiments and research on Aberrant creatures and fusing them with their students to make a new fighting force. But all rummers, right?
