Spiced Red Gum

Spiced Red Gum – This is a tall tree with a thin bark and branched only at the top. The sap is highly prized by chefs as it has a sweet cinnamon like flavor. Flat Tailed Koaber live in them and eat the leaves exclusively. Often located near ponds or other water sources this tree can be harvested in a manner similar to maple trees for its sap.
