Given her associations and that she hangs out at The Rebel Harp, she is also likely a member of The Guild. 
She had told Shay she would return the interlocking rings from Iss'tamin Hss'toffess when they were done with him, and when he saw her again at The Rebel Harp, she made good on that. She has a standing offer to Shay: for 10,000gp, she will help him acquire a religious relic that Reverend Father Castinus Osind is seeking.
