The Glittering Oasis was an inn in the
City of Brass known for its air conditioned interior, exorbitant prices (upwards of 15 gp per day), and eccentric innkeeper. Owned and operated by an Archmage named
Questar, it was an extremely popular location for visiting merchants and adventurers despite the price for reasons beyond the cool temperatures. More extradimensional space was added as necessary, and residents could only access the floor upon which they were staying. The city authorities of the plane very rarely visited the inn, due both to its uncomfortably cold interior and the power of its proprietor. The staff consisted entirely of slaves bought by Questar, though they were uniformly well treated.
