North Ward
This ward is home to nobles and the wealthy. Each family that lives here employs at least one servant and it has houses and inns a plenty along with shops to cater to almost any sort of taste. The houses in this ward are Terraced houses that lie in large two story rows. This ward is also home to the walking statue the swordmaiden.
Infrastructure
The houses in this ward have the Terraced house style, most are two story houses built out of stone bricks and have classic style windows. Many North Ward homes have dovecotes on their roofs. and the great flocks of the birds that circle over the city at dawn and dusk are a delight to behold.
The most lavish taverns are inns are here, with terraces and balconies allowing one a look at the countryside.
It also boats the Cliffwatch, an area where the plateau upon which Waterdeep sits features cliffs so steep and high that the city wall is interrupted lo either side of them. Allowing for a vista over the underlying countryside.
