Drar Kakar (Drah-er Ka-car)
Founded in the year 15 AF, the Drar Kakar was the idea of a group of former military scouts of the Einsaung Nat military. The organization worked hand in hand with the rebuilding nation of Alivara to teach both survival techniques as well as how to hunt for food. These young scouts were imperative to the survival of the distant villages of Alivara as the people struggled to get a foothold after the Thousand Year War. Those that showed particullary exceptional skill during these training sessions would be recruited within the ranks of the Drar Kakar. From this practice the number of members in the organization swelled and several guild halls were opened across both Einsaung Nat and Alivara.
The general purpose of the guild of hunters would change with the change of the Lord of the Seven, with the Drar Kakar acting in roles that ranged from reconnaissance agents to spies. Their current role is one of entertainment for the current Lord of the Seven, Emperor Ikinju, who has shifted the mission of the guild to one of trophy hunting and poaching of rare animals and creatures across the land. This has been the current mission of the Drar Kakar for nearly fifty years and has resulted in the organization being banned in the majority of countries across Falandas.
In spite of the restrictions placed on the organization the Drar Kakar continue to infiltrate neighboring nations to hunt and collect trophies for the wealthy members of Einsaung Nat society. The experience gained hunting and killing such dangerous prey has earned the Drar Kakar contracts from military leaders to have the Drar Kakar carry out missions with deniable association. These missions are against the wishes of the Lord of the Seven and both the military leaders and the Drar Kakar conduct all aspects of these jobs in secret. Those that have been caught conspiring on such tasks have been stripped of all lands and titles.
Structure
The Drar kakar use a loose organizational structure for their members. Each city in Einsaung Nat, and seveal smaller towns and villages, have guild halls dedicated to the Drar Kakar. These halls are goverened by a Guild Master and their Second. Members of the Drar Kakar that are not placed in charge of these guild halls can elect to report to any guild hall across the country. Members generally hunt in groups of four to six people and are referred to a Hunting Packs. These packs are lead by a Pack Leader who is the most senior member of the group unless otherwise determined by the pack. The Pack Leader accepts all jobs on behalf of the pack and is responsible for filing any notices of death, dismemberment, or missing members at the end of a hunt.
At the center of the Drar Kakar is the Treasurer who controls the funds of the guild. This individual represents the Drar Kakar during counsel meetings at the Court of the Seven in Kukita. It is no uncommon for the Treasurer to also be the head of one of the seven clans that populate Einsaung Nat. Below the Treasurer is the Clerk who dictates all orders and keeps records on both successes of the guild and their failures. It is also the Clerks responsibility to compensate the families of those Drar Kakar members that may have lost their lives or been reported missing.
Public Agenda
Drar Kakar's primary function is to support the Lord of the Seven. As a result they don't have any specific public function or agenda along with no intentional purpose to further the people of Einsaung Nat. Because of the work that they do currently the Dara Kakar are frequently considered to be villainous. The current Treasurer and Clerk are working to improve the public perception of the Drar Kakar but to no avail as even the local population are starting to turn against the organization. It is because of the continued support of the political leaders of the nation that this group continues to be able to operate openly in Einsaung Nat.

Coat of Arms:
Members of the Drar Kakar coat of arms is rarely seen even within the boarders of Einsaung Nat. Only the main guild hall in Kukita displays the coat of arms openly, flying a flag out front of the building. The coat of arms is a shield on a vert a Mayan parrot argent, per bend sinister sable.
