Halflings
In the modern world the halfling people have taken a more prominent role influencing the political roles of the world today. Much has changed for the better since the days of the halflings barbaric past, and change continues to influence their society focused future.
Gutsy:
From their early roles as the leaders of barbaric tribes to their modern day prominence as political officers, diplomats, and rulers, the Gutsy halflings have been a part of Niagassal culture since the formation of the country.
Hillock:
The Hillock halflings have long been established as farmers, sheep herders, and dairy farmers. Throughout history these peaceful halfling had crafted themselves homes in the hills that surround the Indelston Mountains. The work of the Hillock people is critical to feeding the citizens of Niagassal.
Nomadic:
Having grown alongside the Gutsy halflings, these halflings are prone to wanderlust and rarely are able to maintain a home in a dedicated space for long. Even in this modern world their nomadic nature takes over and they make their way from city to city, and nation to nation, in an effor tot satiate their thirst for travel.
Twilight:
Handed down from generation to generation, the Twilight halfling are well known for their inborn insomnia. Through the years the constant wakefulness through the nights has evolved into the development of low-light vision.
Wildwood:
Known for choosing to live among the forests and casting off the draping's of the cities, the Wildwood halflings are uncommon within the world. Those that do leave their homes do so in response to a deeply felt unease that provides their motivation.
