King Drage Hollingsworth
Though the son of a frequently absent father, Drage was born into a life of comfort and wanted for nothing as a child. He found himself becoming fast friends with his niece, Izelda Aleson, who also found herself with an oft absent father, Archduke Dairn Aleson. The two would lean on each other through their childhood and would learn much from their friendship as they grew older.
Drage took interested in the work of the Miller and invested his full self into learning the skill behind such work. Mastering this skill at such an early age gave clue to those that watched that Drage was quick to learn, and master, and task put before him. The ease to which such mastery came to him drove Drage to boredom, and as such to a life of crime. After leaving the Millers, Drage found himself joining with a rooving group of bandits and highwaymen. Once again it was not long before the quick learning Drage found himself sitting at the top of the pile as he would become the bandit leader.
Such a position is not without its own challenges, however, and being the bandit leader resulted in earning himself a number of enemies. Over time one such enemy found a home that Drage had purchased for his aging father. It was here that Drage's father also had moved Drages elderly great grandfather, as well as a distant cousin. Drage had been spending much time on the roads that line the Arcane Mountains, robbing travelers returning home from Alivara, when the home was attacked and all the occupants killed. Enraged, and humbled, Drage took some of the wealth he had obtained from his life as a bandit and joined the Knights of Vinguardia.
Drage fully asserted himself into the knighthood which took all his time and focus as Drage learned the arts of the sword and spell. As had come many times before Drage rapidly mastered the skills, as well as those of the social circles, and he found himself rising rapidly through the ranks. Though the training took away from the chances to hunt for his fathers killer he impressed many of his peers which placed himself in high graces among the nobles of Munasarja. On the Day of Ascension reaching to these heights proved to be invaluable to Drage as the nation was now without a king, or an heir, thanks to Orikans ascension into godhood. Drage waisted no time in campaigning for the throne, his strong arguments convincing the nobility, and the common man. Drage was crowned the King of Munasarja and from this position of power Drage has sworn that the one responsible for his fathers death would be brought to justice.
