Culture and cultural heritage
Temples are built in the center of the city with monks that honor the gods through art and prayer. These monks wear thin white robes of silk to represent simplicity. Gods date back to times that aren't remembered or documented.
Shared customary codes and values
All of the people are united under their ruler and gods to fight. Everyone thinks they're fighting for what is rightly theirs.
Average technological level
Provectors are objectively more advanced technologically than Vindexians. The modern pistol is a weapon utilized by trained troops to shoot down armored opponents. Their armor is thin with black leather and chain mail to cool themselves in the Vindexian heat.

Art & Architecture
Chiseled busts and statues stand tall in the streets detailing gods and war heroes. Provectors are very artistic and have buildings of thick clay. This is to keep warm and to be fire-resistant in case one starts inside the crowded buildings.

Many people carry symbols and talismans of the gods as a blessing. Parades are held in the streets to celebrate victory while slow marches indicate a loss.

Graveyards are built separate from the city to honor the dead.

Provectus is rich in culture as many myths and tales include gods that help a hero in his quest. Most gods are animals like lions, horses, or even mythical ones like dragons.
