Falcetia (The City of Elders)

Falcetia is a large city located the at end of The River on the edge of The Great Shear. The area around this city is fertile and verdant. The high city walls are covered by a thick growth of greenery giving almost a hedgerow appearance.
It is often referred to as The City of Elders because it is one of the oldest cities in the confederacy.
