Skyshard Federation
The Skyshard Federation is in essence a military organization that organized a coupe on a Plane far away from Atreshan . They possess advanced weaponry and technology having unlocked the powers of electricity in combination with magic before Atreshan was even discovered (yes, it is that far away).
In the centuries since its creation, they're reach extends far within the Outer Regions (of which Atreshan is the furthest outpost). Besides controlling numerous Planes their true goal is still unknown.
