UPP through and through, the grizzled Koblenz is a staunch man of the People and covert MSS operative. He cares deeply that the little folk should be rewarded for hard work well done.
He knows about the UPP’s plans to take control of the Far Spinward Colonies but will resist any attempt to get information out of him.
