Brivan Circle
The Brivan Circle is an organization started by elven exiles from Nestia who were looking to get a piece of Byncaria's robust organized-crime-based economy for themselves. From their stronghold in the Byncarian docks, they are constantly at war with The Chesterfield Family, who they view as stodgy old dinosaurs.
The current head of the Brivan Circle is Roris Xistirri.
