Session 18: Tranthe, City on a Hill... I Mean River. It's On a River. Report

General Summary

After setting off from the Inn of the Confused Otter at a quickened pace, the party reaches Tranthe after nine days of travel without incident. Upon reaching the city and making inquiries about the book Tatyi is seeking, they arrive at the Great Library, however they are informed that it is closed for "renovations." This is quickly determined to not be true and the librarian confesses that the library is actually closed because it is infested with paper drakes. The party offers to clear out the drakes in exchange for access, to which the librarian quickly agrees. A few singed pages and a lot of paper cuts later, the party is victorious. Tatyi finds the book he is looking for and learns a basic recipe for the potion of wishing, and Aza learns some startling details about her sorcerous nature.
