The Guild Council

Gran Magna Cir'cori is a city of many guilds. All professions, including those which are not legal in other cities, have been allowed their own guilds. Even thieves belong to their own guild, because according to the current Gran Magnus Lord Iral Zastere, "If crime is always going to be with us, it can at least be organized crime." The heads of the guilds meet either semi-regularly or immediately at the request of the Gran Magnus (if they know what's good for them) to discuss developments that affect the well-being of the city and suggest possible policy solutions.
