Elven Ritual Magic

Elven Ritual Magic changes how the Weave works to achieve an effect that the world would consider part of the natural order. With how it works Elven Ritual Magic can usually have greater and more widespread effects than standard magic, from the melding of planes to changing fundamental laws of nature in a given area. Most notably the Planewalker staves are made from a combination of Ritual Magic and Rune Magic. Due to how ritual magic works, detection and dispelling is nearly impossible for anyone who is not elven. Unlike standard magic ritual magic usually requires specific components to achieve the desired effect without error, almost always directly related to the effect, to better guide the Weave in the desired way. Its impossible for those without elven blood to make use of the ritual magic.
